Ginger soy dipping sauce

½ cup Lime juice
6 tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
¼ cup Water
2 tablespoons Honey
2 Garlic clove(s), minced
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
2 Scallions, minced
1 (to 3) serrano, jalapeĀ¤o or other hot chilies thinly sliced crosswise

Directions

Combine the lime juice. tamari or soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, ginger, and scallions in a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. If the sauce tastes too strong, add a little more water. Just before serving, transfer the sauce to a bowl and float the chili slices on top.
