Soy ginger butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Soy sauce; low sodium
1 tablespoon Dry white wine; or vermouth
2 teaspoons Lemon juice; or vinegar
2 Pieces ginger; peeled and the size
; of quarters
¼ cup Butter; cut in small cubes

Directions

PREP butter and bring to room temperature.

PUT liquids in small sauce pan on medium high heat.

ADD pieces of ginger.

SIMMER and reduce to approximately 1-2 teaspoons.

REMOVE the ginger.

WHISK in butter.

Note: If you choose to use regular soy, use no salt in preparing any food that you intend to sauce.
