½ | cup | Cilantro leaves |
1 | can | (4-oz) chopped green chilies |
⅓ | cup | Chopped seeded tomato |

1 | clove | Minced garlic |
½ | teaspoon | Cumin |
Directions
Place parsley and cilantro in food processor work bowl; process with steel blades until chopped. Add cottage cheese; process until smooth.
Add combined remaining ingredients; stir. Serve with pita or flour tortilla wedges.
