Special shrimp pasta salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Sprial pasta, cooked and drained
1 pounds Shrimp, cooked and cleaned
½ cup Liquid butter buds
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Accent
1 teaspoon Curry powder
2 teaspoons Dill
½ cup Chopped bell pepper
1 small Onion, diced
½ cup Chopped celery
½ teaspoon Papa Dash lite salt, optional
¼ teaspoon Ground pepper
1 each Pt Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Directions

Combine all of the spices with the liquid Butter buds, fatfree mayonnaise and lemon juice; set aside. Combine shrimp, pasta, green pepper, onion and celery. Mix dressing with salad, cover and chill overnight. The longer it sets, the better the flavor. Per serving: 123 cal., 0.7g fat (5%), 74mg chol., 1g fiber, 10g pro., 19g carb., 560mg sod.
