Pasta salad primavera - butter busters ^

Ingredients

¾ each Pk (8oz) Skinner Trio Italiano noodles
2 larges Tomatoes, coarsley chopped
cup Cooked broccoli florets
¾ cup Frozen peas, thawed
**OR**
¾ cup Cooked sliced carrots
1 cup Fatfree Weight Watchers Ceaser dressing
**OR**
1 cup Fatfree Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 cup Nonfat mozzarella cheese, grated
cup Fatfree Parmesan cheese (Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers)

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until cool. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas or carrots (or both), dressing and basil. Add cheese and noodles; toss lightly and chill. Per serving: 77 cal., 0.5g fat (6%), 2mg chol., 2g fiber, 8g pro., 12g carb., 310mg sod.
