Shrimp salad - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Cooked peeled shrimp
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 cup Chopped celery
2 eaches Hard cooked egg whites, chopped
1 each Sweet pickle, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Capers
2 eaches Tb Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 litre Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut each shrimp into two or three pieces. Combine all ingredients.

Serve on lettuce or as a stuffing for tomatoes. Per serving: 88 cal., 0.8g fat (8%), 147mg chol., 0.3g fiber 17g pro., 2g carb., 294mg sod.
