Spicy apricot chicken wings^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Chicken wings, tips removed
1 cup Apricot preserves
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon To 2 hot sauce
And disjointed
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 clove Garlic, minced

Directions

MARINADE

Combine marinade ingredients.

Place chicken wings and ½ cup marinade in a ziploc bag and marinte overnight in the fridge. Refrigerate remaining marinade.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Bake wings 30 minutes on a foil lined cookie sheet, brushing with marinade occasionally. Serve with reserved sauce. 8-10 servings.
