Spicy carrot salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Carrots, grated
2 eaches Oranges, peeled, seeded & chopped
cup Raisins
¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lime juice
½ teaspoon Cumin, ground
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Liquid sweetener
Lime slices, to garnish

Directions

Combine carrots, oranges, raisins & walnuts in a large bowl & set aside. Place remaining ingredients in a jar with a lid & shake well.

Pour over the carrots. Chil for at least one hour. Garnish with lime slices.
