Spicy american cheese filling

1 | cup | Ground dried beef |
2 | cups | Canned tomatoes ( Juice and |
Pulp forced through a fine | ||

Salt and pepper | ||
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 | teaspoons | Tapioca |
½ | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
: Place the tomatoes, salted and peppered to taste, and the mustard in a double boiler and cook until the mixture boils violently. Add the tapioca and continue boiling, stirring constantly until the tapioca is done, about 5 minutes.
Add the American cheese and stir until melted. Remove from the water and add the beef and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and cool.
It will thicken as it cools.
