Spicy american cheese filling

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Grated American Cheese
1 cup Ground dried beef
2 cups Canned tomatoes ( Juice and
Pulp forced through a fine
Sieve)
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 teaspoons Tapioca
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

: Place the tomatoes, salted and peppered to taste, and the mustard in a double boiler and cook until the mixture boils violently. Add the tapioca and continue boiling, stirring constantly until the tapioca is done, about 5 minutes.

Add the American cheese and stir until melted. Remove from the water and add the beef and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and cool.

It will thicken as it cools.
