Spicy currant jelly sauce

1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Currant jelly
½ cup Indian chutney
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Brandy
Salt; to taste
1 teaspoon Dry mustard; opt'l

Directions

Combine ingredients in a double boiler and heat to just below a boil.

Serve with game, cold roasts and tongue.
