Spinach quiche

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Butter
Dash salt & pepper
4 Eggs
1 cup Chopped ham
1 Pie shell, 9\" unbaked
3 tablespoons Onion
3 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Half & half
1 pack Creamed spinach
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

Directions

Pat parmesan cheese on bottom of shell. Melt butter and add to remaining ingreds. Mix well and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 F. about 25-35 min., or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Serve hot.
