Spinach salad with tangy orange dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Orange juice
4 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
300 grams Fresh spinach; bite-size pieces
2 cups Mushrooms; sliced
3 Slices bacon; cooked,chopped
½ Red onion; thinly sliced

Directions

1. In small bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. (or place in jar and shake) 2. In large bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
