Spinach salad with tangy orange dressing

300 | grams | Fresh spinach; bite-size pieces |
2 | cups | Mushrooms; sliced |
3 | Slices bacon; cooked,chopped | |
½ | Red onion; thinly sliced |
Directions
1. In small bowl, whisk together juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. (or place in jar and shake) 2. In large bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
