2 | cups | Squash |
2 | tablespoons | Onion; grated |
1 | cup | Cracker crumbs |
3 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | cup | Cheese; grated |
3 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
1 | cup | Scalded milk |
Directions
Cook and drain squash. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased casserole at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve hot. After it cooks, there is a tendency for the mixture to fall.
