Mix 'n' match squash casserole

Ingredients

4 cups Summer squash -- cubed
(yellow, zucchini, pattypan
& or sunburst
1 pounds Pork sausage -- cooked &
Drained
1 cup Dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Green pepper -- chopped
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 eaches Eggs -- beaten
½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan; cover and cook for 8 to 10 min. or until tender. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. transfer to greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish.

Bake uncovered, at 325 deg. for 30 to 35 min. Yield 6 to 8 serving.
