Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Accent |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Salad oil |
| 3 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Soak steak in mixture for several hours, turning once. After marinating, cook steak on grill.
