String beans stir-fried with tofu

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 eaches Garlic cloves, crushed
2 eaches Tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 ounces Deep-fried tofu, cubed
1 pounds Bean sprouts
2 eaches Red chilies, sliced
¼ cup Green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Vegetarian oyster sauce
4 tablespoons Cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
