String beans stir-fried with tofu

3 | eaches | Garlic cloves, crushed |
2 | eaches | Tomatoes, cut into wedges |
4 | ounces | Deep-fried tofu, cubed |
1 | pounds | Bean sprouts |
2 | eaches | Red chilies, sliced |
¼ | cup | Green onion, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetarian oyster sauce |
4 | tablespoons | Cilantro leaves, chopped |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes, tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
