Stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Tofu
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
1 pounds Bean sprouts
5 eaches Green onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Directions

Drain the tofu & cube. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stir-fry the garlic for a few minutes, until it turns golden. Set aside. Add the tofu, stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Add the reserved garlic. Stir-fry for no more than 1 minute. Sprinkle with another dash of pepper & serve hot.
