Strudel - cheese filling

2 Eggs
½ cup Sugar
½ pounds Pot cheese
½ pounds Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Dry bread crumbs

Directions

Beat the eggs and sugar until thick. Add the pot cheese, cream cheese and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over half the oiled strudel dough (two recipes for strudel dough are included in this database) and spread the cheese mixture over it. Roll up.
