Sugar n' spice walnuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Walnut halves; (or pecan halves)
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
teaspoon Ground cloves
teaspoon Nutmeg
1 large Egg white

Directions

1. Coat nuts thoroughly in egg white, a few at a time.

2. Mix sugar, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

3. Drop nuts into mixture. Place on buttered cookie sheet or nonstick pan and bake in preheated 300-degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
