Sugar and spice nuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg white
1 can Nuts; (12 oz.)
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground cloves
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In small bowl beat egg whites until foamy.

Toss nuts with egg white until evenly coated. In large bowl mix sugar and spices; add nuts and toss until coated. Spread nuts in shallow pan. Bake 3 hours; stir after 1½ hours. Cool and store in airtight container.
