Sugar and spiced nuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Pecan halves
1 Egg white
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Salt

Directions

Put pecans in large bowl. Put in unbeaten egg white. Mix well with spoon until all halves are coated with egg white. Mix sugar and cinnamon and salt, then sprinkle over above mixture. Mix well again. Pour on ungreased cookie sheet; bake in a preheated oven at 300* for 30 min.
