Sugar-free fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Diet margarine
2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
24 packs Equal
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack Reduced calorie cream cheese; softened

Directions

Lightly butter 8x8 pan. Melt margarine over low heat. Add chocolate and stir to melt; remove from heat. Stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine mixture with cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread into prepared pan and refrigerate until cool. Cut into 64 pieces. Store in fridge.
