Swedish pecan balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Ground pecans
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
teaspoon Salt
Powdered sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix well. shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees 25 to 30 minutes, but do not brown on bottom. Cool 1 minute. Roll in powdered sugar.

when cooled, roll in powdered sugar again.
