Swedish meat cakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Lean ground beef
1 Egg
¼ cup Cooked carrots
¼ cup Cooked turnips
2 tablespoons Grated onion
1 tablespoon Chopped capers
1 teaspoon Horseradish
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine ground meat and egg. Mix well. Mash cooked carrots and turnips and add to the meat. Add other ingredients and mix well.
