Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Sticks butter; softened
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Pure vanilla
2 cups Flour; sifted
2 cups Finely chopped pecans

Directions

Cream butter well & add sugar slowly while beating constantly until light & fluffy. Add vanilla & flour. Mix well. Add pecans. Shape into 1-inch balls & place on greased cookie sheet. Leave about 1-½ inches between cookies.

Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes or until done.
