Sweet and hot peach relish

Ingredients

4 | larges | Ripe or semi-ripe peaches pitted and thinly sliced |
1 | Red bell pepper cut in thin strips | |
½ | cup | Orange juice |
1 | tablespoon | Lime juice (about 1/2 lime) |
1 | tablespoon | Molasses |
1 | tablespoon | Minced fresh red or green chile pepper of your choice |
¼ | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. This relish will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about 4 days.
