Sweet and sour chicken 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Oven bag
2 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
20 ounces Pineapple chunks in juice; drained
1 medium Green pepper; cut in rings
4 Chicken breast halves; cut in 1\" cubes
2 cups Rice, instant

Directions

* shake flour into oven bag * add sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce to bag * squeeze bag to blend in flour * add pinneapple, green pepper,and chicken to bag * turn to coat chicken with sauce * arrange in an even layer * close bag with nylon tie; cut six ½ inch slits in top * Bake 350 degrees 45 min. * serve over hot rice
