Ingredients

pounds Chicken, boned and cubed
½ cup Water
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
10 ounces Pineapple chunks
½ cup Sliced onion
2 tablespoons Butter or cooking oil
cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
¾ cup Sliced green bell pepper

Directions

Brown chicken in butter in a large skillet. Combine onions and bell peppers after chicken is near done. Combine other ingredients Cook until clear and slightly thick, about 2 minutes. Add to chicken and cook about 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over cooked rice.
