¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
10 | ounces | Pineapple chunks |
½ | cup | Sliced onion |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or cooking oil |
⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
¾ | cup | Sliced green bell pepper |
Directions
Brown chicken in butter in a large skillet. Combine onions and bell peppers after chicken is near done. Combine other ingredients Cook until clear and slightly thick, about 2 minutes. Add to chicken and cook about 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over cooked rice.
