2 | tablespoons | Unsalted Butter; |
2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar; firmly packed |
½ | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon; |
½ | teaspoon | Ground Nutmeg; |
Directions
Core apples and cut into about 8 wedges each; peel if desired. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add apples and cook, shaking pan gently every now and then, about 5 minutes. Turn the apple wedges over, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook another few minutes, shaking pan and spooning juices over apples as they cook. Serve warm.
