Swiss cheese & cabbage slaw

225 grams Cabbage, finely shredded
100 grams Swiss cheese, grated
50 grams Green pepper seeded & finely chopped
½ small Onion; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Celery seeds
5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Tabasco

Directions

Serves 2-3

Combine the cabbage, grated cheese, pepper, onion and celery seeds and stir in the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little Tabasco.
