Taco meatballs - mexican

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Green pepper
1 cup Rice; cooked or
Wide noodles
2 teaspoons Garlic salt
¼ cup Onion
¼ cup Celery
1 Eggs; beaten
8 ounces Taco sauce
11 ounces Chedder cheese soup

Directions

Mix all but last two ingredients. Form meat balls and place in 2- ½ qt. dish. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes. While baking, heat taco sauce and soup on stove. Pour over meatballs and bake another 30 minutes.
