Tangerine, grapefruit, lemon and orange digestivi

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 Tangerines zested; in wide pieces
5 Grapefruit zested; in wide pieces
5 Lemons zest; in wide pieces
5 Oranges zest; in wide pieces
10 cups Sugar
10 cups Water
3 Bottles Nandini grappa

Directions

Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear. Allow to cool Arrange 8 quart bottles and place ½ of each zest in each bottle. Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa.

Yield: 8 servings
