5 | Lemons zest; in wide pieces | |
5 | Oranges zest; in wide pieces | |
10 | cups | Sugar |
10 | cups | Water |
3 | Bottles Nandini grappa |
Directions
Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear. Allow to cool Arrange 8 quart bottles and place ½ of each zest in each bottle. Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa.
Yield: 8 servings
