Zest of 5 tangerines in wide pieces
Zest of 5 grapefruit in wide pieces
Zest of 5 lemons in wide pieces
Zest of 5 oranges in wide pieces
10.00 cup Sugar
10.00 cup Water
3.00 Bottles Nandini grappa

Directions

Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear. Allow to cool. Arrange eight 1-quart bottles and place ½ of each zest in each bottle. Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa. This recipe yields 8 quarts -- 2 quarts of each citrus variety.
