Tangy-glazed broiled fish

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Margarine or butter |
⅓ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1½ | pounds | Fish steaks or fillets; 3/4\" thick |
Directions
To make glaze, in small saucepan combine margarine, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until margarine melts and ingredients are well blended, stirring frequently.
Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fish on pan; brush with glaze. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with glaze.
Bring any remaining glaze to a boil. To serve, place fish on serving plate; spoon glaze over fish. If desired, salt and pepper to taste.
