Tangy tomato fish

2 | Cloves garlic,crushed | |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Dry red wine |
2 | packs | Frozen haddock fillets(16oz) |
½ | cup | Finely chopped onion |
¼ | cup | Snipped parsley |
4 | drops | Red pepper sauce |
1 | can | Tomato paste(6oz) |
Directions
Heat oven to 350'. Heat oil in 8-inch skillet. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is tender, about 4 minutes; drain off oil. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper sauce. Mix wine and tomato paste; stir into onion mixture. Place haddock cubes in ungreased baking dish, 12x8x2 inches; spoon sauce over haddock, spreading evenly. Cover and bake until haddock flakes easily, about 30 minutes.
