Teriyaki beef with peppers

450 | grams | Rump steak; sliced in thin |

4 | tablespoons | Groundnut oil |
1 | Onion; chopped | |
1 | small | Red pepper; sliced |
1 | small | Green pepper; sliced |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh ginger; chopped |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
Put the beef into a mixing bowl with the teriyaki sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the onion, peppers, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Season and serve immediately.
