Teriyaki seafood kabobs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Raw medium-large prawns
1 pounds Raw large scallops
1 small Pineapple trimmed, cored and cut into 1 1/2\" chunks
2 Bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2\" chunks
16 Cherry tomatoes with stems
½ cup S&W Teriyaki Cooking Sauce and Marinade
8 Skewers

Directions

Place seafood in boiling water for approximately 1 minute; drain.

Shell prawns, leaving tails in place. Alternate seafood with pineapple, bell pepper and tomato on 8 skewers. Thoroughly coat each skewer with marinade and let stand 20-30 minutes. Grill or broil 3-4 minutes on each side. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI On 10-31-94
