Texas cheese bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
2 Eggs
6 ounces Sharp cheddar; shredded
1¼ cup Lukewarm water

Directions

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". --- Wesley Pitts
