The judge's broiled shrimp

Ingredients

2 | pounds | Medium or large shrimp with shells |
Garlic salt | ||
5 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | Stick butter; melted (up to) | |
⅓ | cup | Olive oil |
Directions
Place shrimp in a large pan with sides about 1 inch high. Sprinkle with garlic salt, lemon juice, butter and olive oil. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Bake at 300ø until pink, 8 to 10 minutes. Then, broil until oil and butter bubbles, about 4 minutes. Serve with French bread which is delicious dipped in the sauce. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
