Three bean and franks bake

2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
1 | Red bell pepper; chopped | |
1 | Green bell pepper; chopped | |
1 | can | Baked beans; 16-oz. |
1 | can | Butter or lima beans (16-oz.); drained |
1 | can | Drained kidney beans; 16-oz. |
½ | cup | Ketchup |
½ | cup | Packed light brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Deli-style mustard |
12 | ounces | Beef franks; cut into 1\" pieces |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in baked, butter and red beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Stir in franks. Transfer mixture to 2-quart casserole or 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
