Three bean and franks bake

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Red bell pepper; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
1 can Baked beans; 16-oz.
1 can Butter or lima beans (16-oz.); drained
1 can Drained kidney beans; 16-oz.
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Deli-style mustard
12 ounces Beef franks; cut into 1\" pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in baked, butter and red beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Stir in franks. Transfer mixture to 2-quart casserole or 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
