Three beans in lettuce parcels

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
tablespoon Garlic and herb dressing
100 grams Chickpeas
100 grams Black eye beans
100 grams Flageolet beans
1 Medium red chilli
½ tablespoon Chives
4 Chinese lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat the dressing in a wok over a medium heat. Add the beans and chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the majority of the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste, and add chives.

Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves and serve.
