3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese; crumbled
cup Ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons Butter; softened
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¾ cup Frozen peas; thawed
¾ cup Walnuts;toasted, chopped salt pepper

Directions

In serving bowl, combine all ingredients plus ¼ cup of pasta cooking water.
