Tomato pepper salsa

Ingredients

4 cups Chopped peeled fresh tomato
2 cups Chopped green pepper
2 cups Chopped sweet red pepper
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup To 2 jalapeno peppers
Seeded & chopped
¾ cup Cider vinegar
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
½ pint Tomato paste

Directions

FINISHING

Bring initial ingredients to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 1 hour. Stir in finishing ingredient; simmer another 5 to 10 minutes. Pour into hot jars; process 30 minutes in water bath.

Makes 3 pints.
