Tomato sauce for fish

3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh; chopped
¼ cup Olives, stuffed; chopped
½ cup Shrimp; cooked or canned
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced; canned
¼ cup Celery; diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat to the boiling point.

Taste and add more seasoning, if desired. Serve this sauce with baked or broiled fish. It is best served from a platter that can be placed under broiler for just a few minutes.
