Mushroom sauce for fish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 eaches Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Thyme
3 eaches Tomatoes, large (or 1 can)
1 each Onion, large, minced
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Butter
12 eaches Oysters
1 x Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Brown onion in butter. Chop tomatoes and seasonings. Slice mushrooms thinly. Brown all with the onion. Add oyster liquor and oysters.
