Tomatoes with fresh herbs and spiced vinaigrette

3 | tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
1 | tablespoon | Hungarian sweet paprika |
2½ | pounds | Tomatoes use red, green and yellow if possible |
1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
½ | cup | Olive oil |
2 | tablespoons | Chives, chopped or green onions (opt) |
Basil and cilantro leaves |
Directions
VINAIGRETTE
TOMATOES
Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil.
SEason with salt and pepper.
Overlap tomatoes on platter. Spoon dressing over. Top with chives or green onions if desired. Garnish with basil and cilantro leaves.
