Tortellini and veggies <r t>

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Lf Sweet Italian Tortellini
1 Carrot; Grated
1 Zucchini; Grated
2 Stalks Celery; Grated
¼ teaspoon Dried Rosemary; Smashed
¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
½ teaspoon Dried Basil
½ teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light

Directions

Cook tortellini according to package instructions in boiling salted water.

In large nonstick fry pan heat margarine, add the seasonings and vegetables and saute about 5 min.

Drain tortellini and toss with the vegetables.

This was very, very good. Also very quick and easy to make.
