Tortellini salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Tortellini, cooked & cooled
¾ cup Ripe Olives, sliced
1 cup Sauteed Mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon Dried Toamtoes, minced
4 cups Broccoli, cooked & cooled
3 Green Onions, sliced
3 tablespoons Fresh Basil, chopped
Pepper
¾ cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Olive Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except artichoke marinade, lemon juice, and olive oil. Combine lemon juice with artichoke marinade and add enough olive oil to make ½ a cup. Drizzle marinade over salad. Toss gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
