Touchdown black-eyed pea dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (15-oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
1 can (15-oz.) white or yellow hominy, drained
½ cup Chopped mild onion
¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup Hot salsa
2 Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

1. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend, at least two hours or overnight. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips as dippers.
