4 | ounces | Raw Sugar |
1 | cup | Rolled Oats |
1 | cup | Wholemeal Flour |
1 | cup | Coconut |
1 | cup | Sultanas or Mixed Fruit |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1 | teaspoon | Honey |
Directions
Cream Butter and Sugar then add Honey and Yoghurt. Stir in the dry ingredients well. Place in a flat oblong stice tin or tray. Bake for 25 mins on 350 F.
